American rock band Pvris have been gaining success with their debut LP White Noise. ‘Fire’ is a stand out track showing off front-woman Lyndsey Gunnulfsen’s powerful vocals and the ensemble's talent. The song has an upbeat beguiling melody paired with soft slightly haunting verses, reminiscent of a combination of Lorde and Paramore. The style is a great mixture of pop and rock, while including intricate guitar riffs and synth elements. Emotional commanding lyrics come across both cold and full of spite. It’s an aggressive, captivating track, asserting the notion that Pvris is capable of becoming the next Flyleaf or something even greater.
